Brilliant place to shop, always seems to be full of customers. This place just buzzes. So happy to be welcomed with such cheerful & smiley staff. I'm a non-smoker but I have to say thanks for all your help with the array of Tatt's syndicates you guys offer. Oh, special note: You have to read the messages posted everyday from 'Archie the Monkey'. His always out the front of the shop. Awesome..

As far as tobacco goes there probably isnt a better shop in the world for range, quality and price! As far as people go you wouldn't find a better quality of people for customer service and friends Thanks guys always a pleasure to drop in Paul

Cignall Frankston has the best customer service by far. Staff are so knowledgeable and they have such cheap product. Their range of pipe tobacco, cigarettes, rolling tobacco and a wide range of cigars is nothing like I’ve seen before! Rob the owner is outstanding with 27 years of knowledge a true professional in the industry. I highly recommend Cignall frankston. 10/10!
